Gordan Tam, VP Technology

Gordon has spent more than four years at MyThum (now OLSON Mobile) designing and implementing innovative and award-winning mobile solutions for clients including CTV, Sunwing, Rogers Communications, Live Nation and Eye Weekly.

For Rogers Communications and Live Nation, Gordon’s work on a Wireless Box Office solution created the first fully transactional mobile ticketing solution in North America and received a Best In Class award at the 2009 international Interactive Media Awards (IMA’s). For Sunwing, Gordon developed the first mobile optimized travel site to offer direct booking from the mobile browser; the site received a 2009 IMA for outstanding achievement in the travel and tourism category.

In addition to his role at OLSON, Gordon has worked as a developer with Research In Motion and as a technical consultant with workforce management software leader Workbrain, where he provided services to major clients including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Formica and British Airways. Gordon has an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
