Client Objective Molson Coors has embraced mobile as a core component of its
relationship marketing activities and needed a solution that seamlessly integrated mobile acquisition and retention strategies with other channels.
Solution We have built a real time, two way integration with Molson’s CRM systems that enables the collection of rich profile data across all channels and
the targeting of mobile messaging based on this data. Molson personnel have access to a secure portal where they can schedule and send messages based on brand preference, location, demographic
and psychographic information. The solution integrates mobile web with SMS and online tools, all of which validate that the consumer is of legal drinking age in their province. In addition to a
master company database, individual brands have their own database, as do a number of Molson key accounts for whom the CRM solution provides an important value proposition.
Results Molson’s mobile insider database has hundreds of thousands of consumers and is doubling each year. Response rates to instant mobile offers sent to this
database average 18%. Over 70% of subscribers share additional info.
